Odporúčané dávkovanie
Užívaj denne jednu dávku (30 g, 3/4 dávkovacej odmerky) v 250 ml vody. Uži jednu dávku po tréningu, v oddychových dňoch kedykoľvek v priebehu dňa.
Čokoládový donut: Zmiešajte 1 dávku (30 g = 1 odmerka) s 250 ml vody. Pre presné meranie použite váhu. V tréningovom dni konzumujte 1 dávku po tréningu. V odpočinkovom dni konzmujte 1 dávku kedykoľvek počas dňa.
